Talking about sex in South Asian spaces can feel awkward, taboo, or even impossible — but it doesn’t have to be.
Between The Sheets is an open, stigma-free workshop designed to spark real, honest conversations about sex health, pleasure, and safety through a culturally sensitive lens.

This workshop invites participants to learn, reflect, and myth-bust together — all in a safe, supportive environment. There’s no pressure to share personal stories, just space to listen, laugh, and explore at your own pace.

Natasha Lama is a psychotherapist, sex educator, and advocate for sex-positivity. Her work centres on dismantling shame and stigma around sexuality, helping people reconnect with their bodies, pleasure, and authentic expression.

Grounded in warmth, humour, and cultural sensitivity, Natasha creates safe spaces to talk about topics often left unspoken — from intimacy and consent to sexual identity and desire.
Raised in a Malaysian-Indian community, she has a deep understanding of the intersections of culture, family, and sexuality. She is passionate about empowering people to have healthier, freer relationships with themselves and others.
