🌿 Between Earth and Air: A Cacao & Breathwork Journey
As the year deepens and the air shifts, we gather to honor the grounding force of the earth and the infinite flow of breath — the space where the two meet.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart, expand awareness, and reconnect us to the wisdom of the body. As the warmth of cacao moves through you, it softens walls, awakens your senses, and grounds you deeply into the present moment.
From that steady, heart-centered space, we move into conscious breathwork — bridging the grounded stillness of earth with the expansive, ethereal nature of air.
By the end of the ceremony, you’ll feel both rooted and renewed — held by the earth, lifted by the breath, and connected to the quiet pulse of life moving through all things.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll use a conscious, circular breath—about 90% in, 90% out—in a steady, rhythmic pattern over an extended period of time. We will also do a few breath retetentions and other patterns to induce different effects.
Within minutes, your thinking mind will begin to soften, and you will enter a trance-like state. When you surrender to the breath, the body begins to release on its own: crying, shaking, movement, sound. These expressions are completely normal and are part of the body’s natural process of releasing stored energy and emotion.
This is about surrender and allowing.You will be guided and supported in a trauma-informed space where your system can process what your mind alone cannot.

Every Divine Emergence breathwork journey includes thoughtful integration support. You won’t be left wondering what just happened. After the session, you’ll receive tools, grounding guidance, and ongoing support—so you can carry it into your everyday life with intention.

This session includes loud music, intense somatic release, and emotional expression.Screaming, crying, shaking, or sounding are all welcome and common in this space. If you're sensitive to emotional intensity or sound, this may not be the right fit.

This breathwork session is not suitable for individuals who:

• Have high blood pressure
• Experience seizures or epilepsy
• Have a serious heart condition
• Have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
