This outdoor sound bath and meditation experience is for anyone navigating change and learning how to move forward without abandoning themselves in the process. Find us by the corner of 25th St. and Ocean Park Blvd. Look for the sound bowls and gong.
The Experience (75 minutes)
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and affirmations to calm the nervous system and create a sense of safety in the body, supporting you as you let go of what’s behind you.
You’ll then be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing sound and vibration to help settle the mind, release emotional tension, and create inner spaciousness.
We’ll close with gentle journaling to reflect, integrate, and set intentions for the next chapter rooted in self-love, clarity, and trust rather than urgency.
