Part of the eighth National Week of Conversation, the Better Together Film Festival is organized by the Listen First Coalition and invites communities across the country to explore stories of empathy, collaboration, and problem-solving in the face of division. This Tupelo screening is one of dozens happening nationwide during the week of April 21–27, 2025.
Thursday night, 4/24, Link Centre will screen the film A Roadtrip Across a Divided America (61 minutes). Award-winning filmmaker Joseph Sim travels across the United States interviewing more than 200 people of all backgrounds and beliefs to ask them the same two questions: “How did we lose connection with our neighbor? And more importantly, how do we get it back?”
This film highlights Braver Angels, a national organization working to bring Americans together to bridge the partisan divide and strengthen our democratic republic.
Register in advance and we will contact you to select an option for a box meal. Or feel free to bring your own. Admission is free.
