BTB was born when a few crazy folks met at a local improv comedy class and became friends. Those same folks kept taking improv comedy classes until there were no more local classes to take. In 2010 after finding a director and a few more performers Better Than Bacon was born. We had our first professional gig in 2011 and celebrate our anniversary each June!
Our current troupe of 13 members hail from all over the SE Philly suburbs: Malvern Exton West Chester Kennett Square Phoenixville Media Swarthmore and Wilmington DE. Our artistic backgrounds include improv acting stand-up comedy and music.
