Better Human Book Club: Because self-improvement is better with snacks, stretches, and smart conversation!We’ve teamed up with MoveMentation to bring you a book club that’s not just about reading, it’s about becoming. Each session kicks off with light movement (no cartwheels required) led by the ever-inspiring Adrian VanKeuren, followed by a lively discussion of The Happiness Hypothesis by Jonathan Haidt. Jonathan is also the author of the bestseller The Anxious Generation.
The Oct. 1 session will be discussing chapters 1-5, and the Nov. 5 session will finish up with chapters 6-11. Let’s show up ready - not perfect, just present. Read the chapters, bring your thoughts, and let’s grow together - awkward yoga poses and all!
