Join Helix Arts’ weekly creative writing sessions, led by a professional artist Amanda Quinn, to improve health and wellbeing in North Tyneside.
This series of workshops will inspire and support you to write stories and poems. Come along to meet other people and see how being creative can improve your wellbeing and boost your confidence. The workshops will be relaxed and fun and you don’t need previous experience of creative writing to take part.
Attend every week or when you can, please register for place on the sessions.
For adults age 18+, no experience necessary. Refreshments will be provided.

About the Facilitator:
