Better Business Brunch: Frocktober Fundraiser Edition
North Canterbury women in business – grab your frock and join us for something a little different this month!

This October, we're putting a colourful spin on our usual Better Business Brunch with a special Frocktober Fundraiser. Expect the same welcoming vibe, beautiful brunch, and supportive connections—but this time with a bit of added flair (and frock-based fun!).

Frock up, show up, and help us raise funds for ovarian cancer research through Frocktober. For every ticket sold, $10 will be donated to the cause. We’ll also have a raffle and a few surprise moments to keep things joyful and generous.

🕘 8:45–9:15 am: Roll in, grab a coffee, and mingle in the foyer with other local women in business. We know some of you are coming straight from school drop-offs—no stress, just aim to be ready to roll at 9:30.

🪑 9:15 am: We move into our main space and give you a gentle nudge to grab your brunch.

🍽️ 9:30–10:25 am: There’s no speaker this month—just time to eat, laugh, chat, and enjoy the energy in the room. This is a celebration of community and the power of women supporting women.

💬 10:25–11:00 am: Wrap up with table conversation and connection. Maybe even win a spot prize for best frock!

We’re thrilled to welcome Sarah Perrins, a talented local photographer, to our October Better Business Brunch!

Sarah will be offering free professional mini photo sessions during the event. You’ll receive access to a private online viewing gallery within 7 days—perfect if you’ve been putting off updating your headshot or just want a beautiful image of yourself in your favourite frock.
