In this movement workshop we will explore how balance is not a fixed point but a process of continual adjustment based on what our senses are telling us. A feeling of stability, whether physical or psychological, is what helps us be more resilient and prepared for life’s challenges. We will use the subtle, yet profound, floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method. Please bring a mat and a small towel.
