The Beast, Basel’s first ever dedicated comedy club, is proud to showcase how much fantastic comedy talent there is in Switzerland. About the comedians:
Headline Act
Born in France and now based in Zürich, Benjamin Delahaye has made a name for himself in the Swiss stand-up scene. His sharp humor has been featured on SRF3 Comedy Zmorge and the streaming show Stand Up! on OnePlus. He has opened for comedians like Thomas Wiesel, Alexandre Kominek, and Joël von Mutzenbecher, and was a finalist in the Olten Kabarett-Casting in 2021. Ctrl+Alt+Ben is his second solo show.
Feature Acts
Brian Tynan is an American from Tennessee who has been living in Europe since 2010. He first came for love, but stayed for the free health care and lack of guns. His humor is a mix of political, social and family commentary tinged with the insights of an expat living, loving and learning in different language and cultural environments for most of his adult life.
Pau Pathare is a mixed bag of nationalities and humour. They joke about their Indian-Polish family life, being queer, mental health and world history. One day, they will become pope. From silly to interesting to darker themes, Pau will take you by the hand and make sure you enjoy the wild ride through their thoughts.
