About this Event
Grand Canyon National Park is the 2nd most visited national park in the US. Visitors can venture into the canyon via the North and South Rims; however, since the South Rim is open year-round, there are options available all seasons. At this seminar, we will discuss the popular trails - i.e. Bright Angel and South Kaibab, but also the lesser known routes - for both day hikes and multiday backpacking trips. Plus, we will discuss safety tips and items you must have in your pack when venturing below the rim.
This is a free event.
There will be no handouts - saving paper kind of thing, so bring something to write on and with if you want to take notes.
