About this Event
In its 9th year, the Local Authors Extravaganza is the perfect environment to meet many Alabama authors and hear their stories. In the past years, genres have included history, romance, self-help, inspirational, humor, poetry, horror, paranormal, children's and others.
This event is FREE to the general public! If you'd like to just come visit and see what your friends and neighbors are up to, please stop by. You are sure to find something and someone of interest. No registration necessary for the general public to attend.
Registration is $30 (+ 3.45 website fee). This cost is for local authors who wish to show, share and sell their work. Registration includes 6ft table, 2 chairs, and light refreshments for author and one guest. You must be registered to participate. Get to know your fellow Alabama Authors and publicize your own work at the same time! This will be an invaluable tool for networking, learning and sharing. Limited space is available. Authors wishing to participate must register before November 11, 2024.
Tables & chairs are provided for the registered author and ONE guest ONLY. If you want to decorate your table you will need to bring your own supplies.
Setup can be done on Friday November 15, 2024, from 6 pm- 7pm. Setup can also be done on the morning of the event at 9 am.
Refreshments will be provided for registered authors and one guest ONLY!
