With 25 years’ experience in movement, wellness and fascia-focused teaching, Paola curates rich in movement and science-informed retreats that nurture mind and body. Her thoughtfully guided sessions and warm, welcoming energy make this a weekend you won’t forget having hosted retreats since 2017.
