Ideally, register to the event in your Borough in Berkshire, but you are welcome to attend whichever is most convenient to you.

Please note that a maximum of 2 people from an organisation can attend this event. If you would like to send more participants, or the Eventbrite is showing as full, please email Rosie to be added to the waiting list. . Any under 16s need to be accompanied by an adult.

What we’ll do at the workshops:

· Find out more about the Berkshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy, how you can get more involved in supporting nature locally, or get more support for your work.

· Hear from local groups already doing amazing work around nature, climate, biodiversity action – get in touch if you have something to showcase….

· Celebrate work being done locally and put forward your priorities.

· Option of a short walk or visit with local experts to bring nature recovery to life

The sessions will be interactive and inclusive, with a range of presentations, small groups discussions and activities, and tasty refreshments! We can cover travel expenses to get to the sessions from within Berkshire – we’ll have expenses forms on the day.

What are Local Nature Recovery Strategies (LNRS)?

They are spatial strategies to celebrate and recover nature across England. Together, they will cover the country in a Nature Recovery Network (NRN). They are shaped by local people who own, use, manage, live in, live from, enjoy and care about the land in different ways. Find out more here!

Why should I come?

· You have the important on-the-ground knowledge, experience and ideas that come from living, working or volunteering in the area.

· There is genuine scope for you to influence how Berkshire works together to contribute to national nature recovery.

· Connect with other individuals and groups to find new activities, or to amplify what you do and share your vision.

If you cannot make the dates but would like to be involved, you can attend the Online BLNRS workshop on 30th April 6:30-8pm, and/or fill in the online survey found here:

We look forward to seeing you in April!
