The 16th annual Berklee Middle Eastern Festival will celebrate the vibrant polyphonic music of the Republic of Georgia. Through a captivating fusion of solo performances, choir harmonies, and instrumental pieces, the concert aims to immerse the audience in the soul-stirring melodies and rhythms of the Georgian tradition, arranged and musically directed by Giorgi Mikadze. The event will feature Georgian artist Tamada alongside an all-star band comprising faculty, students, and special guests. The lineup includes the Pletenitsa Balkan Choir and Berklee College of Music's Middle Eastern Fusion Ensemble, directed by Berklee Professor Christiane Karam.
