NOOOORDISKA GJESTER!!!!We are so excited to finally announce that Bergen Week will be held again in 2026! We welcome you to kick off the new year with us in January 2026 here in beautiful Bergen!!
During the week we will do our best to show you the great things that Bergen has to offer.
The theme for the week is «Digitalization and Legal Protection»! During the week you will get the chance to learn about some of the many exciting legal issues on the topic from some of Norway's greatest law firms.
The week will start on Wednesday 21/1.
On Wednesday we will welcome you at the Advokatfirmaet Schjødt. After the welcoming, there will be a lecture. After the lecture we will head to the bus station and take the bus to the Hytte!
At the hytte we will arrange some games and get to know each other better, before the Hytte-sittning at 18.00. As it might be snow and cold weather we advise you to bring warm clothes that you can be outside in! Also make sure to pack a sleeping bag!
Rise and shine!
On Thursday you will be woken up at 9.00 to eat a quick breakfast before the bus takes us back to the city at 11.15.
Back in the city, at 13.00, there will be another lecture, where there will be served lunch. After the lecture there will be some time to relax or to explore our beautiful city before the pre party at 18.00. Bring your overalls‼️ The pary surprise will be at 20.00. After the surprise there will be a pre-party before we head to Heidis Bier Bar for the afterparty.
On Friday there will be a sporty surprise at 12.00. After the sporty surprise you will have some time to relax and prepare for the sittning at 18.00. As the night is still young after the sittning, we will continue the party at a club.
On Saturday the pre-party will start at 15.00, and so you will have plenty of time to get ready and prepare! The medal ceremony will be held at 16.00. Then we will head to Juristforeningsballet (årsfest).
Dress code is your finest suits and long gowns!
On Sunday we will meet at JF-kontoret at 12.00 to have Sillis, and to say goodbye :´(

The price for the full week will be 200 euro, and 180 euro for the weekend (Helgen 23.1-25.1). Each association has 3 spots, but it is possible to ask for extra spots. If you wish to participate in the aaaamazing Bergen Week 2026 sign up to your local int.sek by 4/1.
As it is Christmas time, we still encourage you to sign up as early as possible🤩

* Your age at the time of the Bergen Nordic Week (January 2026)
* Allergies or special diets
* Estimated time of arrival and departure (full week or Helgen + dates and time)
* Whether you need a host for the week
* Anything else we should know
