Bergen Embrace 2025 Siete palabras offers a Monday boat trip from Bergen city centre, to enjoy an unforgettable milonga at a spectacular club house of one of the local sailing clubs, with fabulous views of the fjords.For about an hour on the boat, we will enjoy the coastline surrounding Bergen and explore some of it's most fascinating places. There is nothing quite like the feeling of being at sea, in the surroundings of great nature and profitable fossile fuel installations!
Once we come ashore we will be able to enjoy the beautiful pier, take a dip in the fresh fjord-water followed by a quick hot shower, or go straight to the venue for a glass of bubbles while you get ready to dance!
Because once we are ready we will have a 6-hour milonga dancing in a hexagonal building with glass walls surrounding the dance-floor offering an unforgettable panoramic view of the western fjords .
The chartered boat (about 100 passengers) leaves from Bergen centre ("Dreggekaien", at the outer end of old Bryggen) at noon. The milonga starts about 2 pm and goes on until about 8 pm, some food will be served. There will also be snacks, and you can bring whatever you want to drink (no restrictions on alcohol).
Half an hour bus trip back to Bergen centre leaves just after the milonga (included in ticket).
Local buses run regularly, in case you need to return earlier. But why would you??!
