The aim of the group is to bring individuals together who have experienced the loss of someone close to them, recently or in the past.
Members of the Bereavement & Family Support Team from Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland will be present.
at Penrith Leisure Centre
on the last Thursday of each month
1pm – 3pm

On arrival at the Leisure centre a member of Hospice at Home will be waiting in reception, to direct you to the meeting room.
Please note, if parking in the leisure centre there is now a new system in place to register your vehicle in the reception area. Alternative parking at Sainsburys shopping centre.
