If you've experienced a bereavement and would like to connect with others who are on the same journey then come along to our bereavement cafe.
It's an informal meeting where you can chat to others in a supportive environment over a hot drink and a biscuit. You don't need to stay for the full hour, just pop in and see if it's something that might help you in your grief. All are welcome and it's free to attend.
