We Heal in Community: A Special Event for Bereaved Mamas
We are excited to announce the second "Bereaved Mamas | Sound Meditation + Community Connection" event at our new location, Our Yoga Space in Kelowna.
This heartfelt gathering is designed to bring together bereaved parents who have experienced reproductive loss of any kind ( infertility, TFMR, pregnancy and infant loss), providing a safe and supportive space to connect, share, and heal.
There will be an opening sound mediation with light touch and we will finish with a casual connection circle that will include mama and baby introductions, the opportunity to share with the group and the possibility of journaling prompts, if you are comforatable.
No sharing is required.
Please bring a yoga matt, a journal + pen, dress comfortably, and feel free to bring a blanket or anything else that would make you feel comfortable.
Tea and a light snack will be provided.
No experience is necessary.
