Each Wednesday in May, Bent on Healthy Living Wellness Center hosts free yoga classes on the Beach at Seawall & 53rd (in front of IHOP/Rainforest Cafe) at 8am. Any monetary donations go to Galveston Island Humane Society. Guests will need to bring their own yoga mats or towels, water, and sunscreen. We look forward to seeing you on the sand!
