Benj Rowland is the instrumentalist and songwriter behind the Canadian folk duo MAYHEMINGWAYS. His solo recording Community Garden was produced by Joel Plaskett and recorded at his Dartmouth NS studio, Fang. The McMillan’s Camp Boys have spent the last several years constantly on the road, bringing their vast repertoire of traditional country, bluegrass, and old-time music to audiences all across Canada. From the dirt roads of Dawson City, Yukon, to the rocky shores of St. John’s, Newfoundland, and everywhere in between, the duo has honed their sound; brother-like harmonies accompanied by an arsenal of stringed instruments. Their latest album “Sing Their Gospel Favourites Live At Steeple Green” is out now on Dartmouth’s Big Turnip Records.
