Benefits Of Practicing Gratitude (Virtual)
Join NAWBO Chicago for West/South Connects in September for a presentation by Andrea Bacon on gratitude. Gratitude is our superpower. More research is showing how a lifestyle of gratitude improves your physical and emotional health. It’s also good for running your business. We’ll discuss the benefits of a gratitude as a lifestyle and do a gratitude exercise.
Andrea Bacon is a board certified adult and child psychiatrist. Her passion is to help people be mentally, physically and spiritually strong so they can live genuine, purposeful, joy filled lives.
These small-group monthly meetings provide educational, networking events throughout the Chicagoland region that allow our members to come together regularly. Mark your calendar to attend one! Connects is FREE to members.
