BenefitBump Moms MeetUp @ Korede House
Come join us for a fun and informative gathering at the Korede House, brought to you by BenefitBump, The Korede House, and The Center for Mindfulness & CBT! This free in-person event is the perfect opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from fellow moms engaged in the BenefitBump program.
During the event, you can engage in a variety of workshops - Addressing Perfectionism as a Mother through Art & Movement, Working Mom Guilt, Building Empathy in Young Children, Building Community as a Busy Mom/How Relationships Change When You Become a Mom, and a discussion-based seminar on Career Ambition and Motherhood. You can also expect delicious free food and quality giveaways.
