On August 16th Mary was struck by a vehicle while riding her bicycle near her home. She was airlifted to slu hospital where she was in a coma for 6 weeks after suffering a broken pelvis and severe traumatic brain injury. She has since awoken and is making great progress each day relearning how to talk, walk, and other daily living skills. Due to the nature and severity of her injuries, recovery is expected to be a long road ahead.
Proceeds from the show will go to the Birchem family to help with costs associated with Mary’s recovery.
