You are invited to chant, dance and do seva (selfless service) at the same time. How? Simply attend our Benefit Kirtan with Dances of Universal Peace.Proceeds from this event will benefit Boys To Men Mentoring (BTM) a non-profit organization that trains teams of men to mentor at-risk teens in our local schools. BTM supports teens with a place to get real and talk, understand emotions and gain valuable life skills, such as meditation, introspection and acceptance. BTM also supports teens in cultivating compassion for others and the sense of belonging to and contributing to community. In addition to weekly in-school mentoring, BTM further assists the youth by offering adventure outings to connect boys with nature and help them overcome physical, mental and emotional challenges.
We will have a raffle with amazing prizes to further extend the support we can offer (see our website for details about prizes: www.LivingDevotion.org). Please spread the word, bring a friend and come out to support this amazing program for our youth.
