• Nick was a graduate of Shelbyville High School and started his family in the Stew-Stras community. He and his wife Brittani have been active in their community and raise 2 small children with one on the way! Early this year Nick began having seizures, and it was discovered that he had a tumor pressing on his left temporal lobe. He underwent surgery to have the brain tumor removed in October 2024 at Barnes Hospital. While this was a risky procedure, Nick and his team of doctors decided this was the only chance for him to get the life he loves back. While this journey has been long and hard on him and his family, we are hoping to ease some of the their financial burdens. He will be out of work for several weeks recovering, not to mention the time he has missed with previous seizures causing back fractures among other complications, and will have several follow-up appointments.
