Life can change in an instant.On November 18, Dalton Lyons was seriously injured in a work-related incident, suffering major pelvic and spinal fractures. After a seven-hour surgery, Dalton will be non-weight bearing and in a wheelchair for several weeks, with a long recovery ahead—estimated at 6–8 months.
Dalton and his wife, Caitlyn, were recently married this past May and are now facing this unexpected journey together just months into their new life as a married couple. Dalton is from Somerset, and Caitlyn is from Hammond—making them truly local, and deeply rooted in the community they now need most.
To support Dalton and Caitlyn during this difficult time, family and friends of the couple are hosting a benefit at Bases Loaded Saloon on Saturday, January 24, from Noon–6 PM.
