This is an annual event we started 5 years ago. We hold a Raffle Auction to benefit The Chopper Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, was established in 2019 to help families and local rescues by providing funds for emergency life-saving veterinary care. For more information, please visit their website https://www.thechopperfoundation.org/They receive all the funds from the Raffle Auction in addition to door donations. This is an expo which also brings in 40 - 50 small business vendors.
You can preview the Raffle items, purchase tickets and shop vendors Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm. The raffle tickets will be drawn on Sunday at 5pm. Raffle items can be picked up until 8pm Sunday night, at Leesport Farmers Market on Wednesdays from 8am to 6pm or Renninger's Market in Schuylkill Haven on Saturdays 9am to 2pm and Sundays 9am to 3pm
Raffle Auction items that are not donated by local businesses also come from participating vendors. Last year, we were able to put together over 70 baskets.
Admission is FREE and event is indoors. Raffle tickets can be ONLY be purchased at the door and is CASH ONLY.
There are 50 vendors, some take credit card, some are cash only. There is an ATM in the building. There are also food and coffee vendors.
Please Note that I am the only contact to be a vendor at this event. You need to email me at [email protected] if you are interested. The contract will come from this email and no other email. Payments are either mailed to my address or through Paypal to this email.
