Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of yoga, drinks, and delicious pizza with YogiThot! This event will take place on Sunday, July 14th, 2024 at 12:30PM.

Sundays just haven't been the same lately! Church is back in session! Hallelujerrr!! Get ready to move through a juicy vinyasa flow, sip on refreshing pints & cocktails, and indulge in yummy pizza while enjoying the company of fellow yogis. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is open to all levels.

YogiThot, a renowned yoga instructor, will guide us through a rejuvenating yoga session, focusing on various postures and techniques to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Class will finish off with a sound bath to really set the moo0od.

After our yoga session, we'll unwind with a selection of local craft beers, mimosas and pizza. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, catch up with Vanessa, and build a sense of conscious community.

Vanessa's class is known to be a safe space for introspection; expect to feel seen, accepted, challenged, inspired… and maybe even a little sexy! With 500 hours of yoga teacher training under her belt, she seamlessly manages to cue postures and alignment in a way her students can TRULY understand.
