Kick off your football Saturday with a 30 minute restorative yoga practice on the Riverbank (weather permitting)
We will meet at YogaSix at 11:45am. Weather permitting, we will head to the riverbank and enjoy the beauty of fall.
If inclement weather, our practice will take place in the studio.
After yoga, join us for brews and brunch at Kitchen Social!
What you need: Yoga mat and water
