This energizing morning starts with an all-levels yoga class led by certified instructor Anthony Reda of Likewater, followed by your choice of local brews from Atrium Brewing and juice bar samples from 721 Mint It.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking to try something new, this event is designed to bring people together in a fun, relaxed setting, no experience needed.
