HW CLB and Bendy have partnered up for the event of this summer! Join us for the Bend & Bond: Stretch Your Body, Expand Your Circle event at the stunning Werklab space!

About the Workout:
This full-body stretching workout class is designed to invigorate the body and mind with exercises both for strength and flexibility rooted in pilates, barre, dance conditioning and yoga.

Back in 2020, Natalia and Diana recognized the need for a platform that would empower and connect women in their community. Driven by their shared passion for supporting and uplifting one another, they founded the organization HWCLB in Vancouver with a vision to create a strong network of women from diverse backgrounds.
