In this 3-hour workshop, we'll cover bench press mechanics, coaching cues, and mobility drills to directly improve your bench form.
About this Event

Do you want to safely and efficiently add weight to your bench press? Spend 3 hours with us, and we'll show you how it's done, or spend 3 months grinding away your joints and potentially leaving results on the table. The choice is yours.

In this workshop, we'll dig deep into bench pressing to help you lift heavier and smoother.

We will cover:

  • Bench mechanics. What is the goal of benching, and why do we do it?
  • Coaching cues. What micro improvements can we make to improve bench pressing outcomes?
  • Mobility gaps. What happens when form breaks down due to limited range of motion, aches, pains, etc.
  • Programming. How should you program bench pressing and accessory movements to help facilitate a stronger bench press?

This is a hands-on workshop. Expect to learn, move, and get STRONG.

Our Guarantee: If you don't walk away with more knowledge or better results, we will gladly refund you.
