Each year in the winter and spring, the Tallman Hotel hosts a monthly series of intimate, informal “Concerts with Conversation” on Sunday afternoons in Riffe’s Meeting House next to the Hotel.
This Sunday we’re fortunate to have the in our intimate concert venue.
Concluding a three-stop weekend of performances in Lake County, pianist, accordionist and composer has traversed a truly unique musical path. Based in New York City, Ben is a graduate of the joint program of Columbia University and Juilliard School of Music. He’s performed alongside world-class musicians in fifteen countries and across a wide variety of music genres. From solo performances to trios and larger ensembles, Ben has performed at prestigious venues across the world, all while maintaining a signature, melodic musical voice.
Joining Ben this for a wide-ranging, jazz-inspired afternoon of music will be Bay Area favorites Mat Muntz on bass and percussionist Jake Shandling.
