We are super excited to host Ben Jones, one of the top martial arts athletes in the world, at Conquer Martial Arts for a seminar focused on his signature weapon, the bo. The seminar will be split into two sections: one for beginners beginning at 2 pm and one for experienced bo staff users at 3 pm. Martial artists from any school or dojo are welcome to attend.
