Ben Goldscheider has given recitals at major concert halls across Europe including the Concertgebouw, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Koln Philharmonie, Musikverein, Pierre Boulez Saal, Southbank Centre and Wigmore Hall. He has performed as a soloist with the BBC NOW, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Britten Sinfonia, CBSO, Sinfonie Orchester Berlin, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, London Mozart Players, Lucerne Symphony, Munich Chamber Orchestra, Musikkollegium Winterthur, Philharmonie Zuidnederland, Prague Philharmonia, Tapiola Sinfonietta and Ulster Orchestra, amongst others. Ben was a BBC Young Musician Finalist in 2016, a prize-winner at the 2019 YCAT International Auditions and nominated as an ECHO Rising Star 2021-2022. He is a member of the Boulez Ensemble and principal horn of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra. Ben holds a professorship at the Royal Conservatory in Antwerp and is Artist in Association at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Callum Smart is a critically acclaimed violinist who enjoys an international reputation as a performer, pedagogue, and innovator. He is celebrated for the sincerity of his singing line, combining ‘a winning sense of natural authority’ (the Strad) with his ‘utterly convincing’ interpretations (BBC Music Magazine). He has performed a wide range of concerti with major orchestras, including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Philharmonia Orchestra, and more. As a recitalist, he performs duo and trio recitals on the world’s leading stages including Wigmore Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Konzerthaus Berlin, and Auditorium du Louvre.
Richard Uttley is noted for the integrity of his musicianship as soloist, chamber musician and recording artist in a wide range of repertoire. He has been recognised for his ‘musical intelligence and pristine facility’ (International Record Review), ‘amazing decisiveness’, and ‘tumultuous performance’ (Daily Telegraph). He has given recitals throughout the world, broadcast regularly on BBC Radio 3, and is a piano professor at the Royal College of Music in London. He is also a composer, and has written pieces for both Ben and Callum. He lives in London with his wife and two young children.

Tickets for the evening and Sunday afternoon concerts cost £17 each as part of the six-concert full season membership subscription, or £7 for full-time students including the additional January concert. Concerts at Malvern Theatres
Full price tickets are available from the Malvern Theatres website at £26 plus their levies as applicable for the 2025-26 season. They can be booked in advance either online or from the Box Office by telephone or in person. Wheelchair spaces are available, so please mention this when booking.
