Ben Clanton is coming to Hicklebees! Ben will be here to read from his newest release, the second book in his Tater Tales series, The King of the World! Not only did Ben write this wonderfully fun book but he illustrated it too.
The Tater Tales series is an early fun filled chapter book for kids ready to tackle longer stories but with simple text and visual context clues. A beginners graphic novel if you will.
Ben will be doing live illustrations where you can draw along with Ben as he teaches you some drawing tips. He will also be leading an interactive game, a fun interview by a fan, readings from his books and more!
You might remember Ben as the author and illustrator of the Narwhal and Jellyfish series. You know, the hilarious books about a Narwhal's (aka) the "unicorn of the sea" adventures.
