Beltane is a fire festival that honours life, representing the peak of Spring and the beginning of summer. It is a time when nature has exploded with green, baby birds are showing signs of life in the nest and bluebells and wild garlic are flowering in woodland areas. In celtic lore, the antlered god Cernunnos married the goddess of Spring Beltane. The session will open with some herbal tea, snacks and story telling around the folklore and celtic mythology surrounding this time. Beltane is the night of the Greenwood Marriage and a lovely moment in the wheel of the year to bring hopes, ideas and dreams into action.
Join me for a guided journey to the Lower World, to connect with Celtic god Cernunnos, where we will explore our dreams and goals that we intend to bring to fruition. A short journalling exercise will follow and the optional opportunity to share. The session will close with a short, candle gazing meditation.
