Join us at Thousand Suns Saturday May 1st, 4pm for a community Beltane celebration. The halfway point between the spring equinox and summer solstice, Beltane-- traditionally an earth based Celtic fire festival-- honors and celebrates the fertility of the Earth, the return of the sun, the union of the masculine and feminine the God and Goddess, within and without. It is said the veils between the human world and the world of fairies and nature spirits are the thinnest during Beltane.
We will walk the property, connecting with the land and earth spirits, fairies and plants, visiting the grief altars, the giving tree, the fairy village and Goddess Temple. We will then make our way back for a community potluck feast!
We will drum, sing, and dance around the fires, make offerings, transmuting all that no longer serves.
Local Farmer will be Donating a Pig to roast.
We invite you to bring a dish to pass, offerings for the land and for the fairies (They like Shiny Things) as well as any instruments to play around the fire:
Multiple Fires holding different energies to work with.
Fire Performances
Late Night DJ set
Camping in the woods and RV Parking available for overnight stay.
Wishing you all the brightest of blessings
Xoxo
