“Healing circles are safe havens. They help us step out of ordinary time into a safe and accepting environment in which we can explore our healing.” ~ from Healing Circle Global
There is something magical that takes place when we gather together in a spirit of trust, compassion, and mutual support. This magic often times facilitates emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical healing.
Gathering in sacred circle is an ancient wisdom tradition.
The shape of the circle itself represents wholeness, equality, and the continuous flow of energy.
At the heart of a healing circle is the understanding that we all carry wisdom within us, and that healing often happens through connection with others in a safe, intentional space.
What makes sacred healing circles especially powerful is that they honor both individual and collective healing - recognizing that as we heal ourselves, we contribute to the healing of others, and as others heal, they support our healing too.
The circle becomes a container for transformation, where participants can release what no longer serves them, and embrace new possibilities with loving support.
>> A crucial aspect of healing circles is learning to "hold space" for others. This means staying present with someone's experience without trying to change it or make it better. It's about offering the gift of your complete attention and acceptance, trusting in each person's innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
Is your heart yearning for connection? Join us!
It is mine and Andi's intention that these sacred gatherings are both
a ✨ BELONGING ✨ you belong here and there is absolutely no prerequisite to join, just come exactly as you are.
a ✨ BECOMING ✨who you are when you can completely drop your veils and be seen and embraced for your true self and authenticity.
✨ In community we will cultivate a sanctuary for healing.✨
These sacred healing circles can benefit anyone seeking deeper connection and emotional wellbeing.
>> Join us if you are feeling isolated or disconnected, as the circle provides a sense of belonging and community.
>> Join us if you are exploring your spiritual path, as circles often create space for questioning and growth.
>> Join us if you are carrying emotional wounds or trauma, in circle you can experience gentle healing through collective support.
>> Join us if you are feeling stuck in your life, sitting in circle can ignite inspiration, clarity and new insights towards situations and relationships.
>> Join us if you care for others and are in need of replenishment and your own space for healing.
>> Join us if you are seeking to deepen your self-awareness and personal growth in a supportive environment.
>> Join us if you are navigating life transitions, in the circle you may find comfort in sharing your journey with others.
These healing circles are open to all and there is no prerequisite to participate. We understand this may be completely new to you. And there is no pressure to share because just your very presence is enough and is appreciated.
The key to healing is patience and gentleness. The heart opens at its own pace. The circle provides a safe container where each person can explore their heart's depths while being held in loving awareness by the group.
Are you feeling the calling? Join us! Reserve you ticket and be a part of this amazing and supportive Circle!
General Healing Circle Agenda:
🌀 Welcome: Grab some tea and find a comfortable seat in circle.
🌀 Opening: Lighting of the center candle or other symbolic way to begin the session.
🌀 Practices that awaken heart wisdom: Erika and/or Andi will guide everyone through practices to connect to heart wisdom. These will vary session to session and can include movement, breath work, meditation, visualization, tapping, chanting, sound healing, tuning forks, Reiki, aromatherapy, ceremonial cacao, altar creation and more.
🌀 Guidelines: Agreements to set the safe, sacred and confidential space.
🌀 Introductions: An opportunity for all to place their name and intention in to the circle.
🌀 Theme introduction: Discussion of the session's theme.
🌀 Integration/Journaling ritual: Stream of conscious writing (with guided illumination questions connected to the theme), providing time for your heart's wisdom to flow onto the pages.
🌀 Sacred heart-centered sharing: A chance for some or all participants to share from their hearts. The speaker holds the talking piece while the others practice deep listening without offering advice or trying to fix anything. It's about offering the gift of your complete attention and acceptance, trusting in each person's innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
🌀 Closing: Final thoughts and a closing practice for further integration and to seal the healing work that has taken place.
>> Investment is per healing circle and is based on a sliding scale. Pay what feels good and comfortable for you: financial need price ($28), suggested price ($38), or supporting price/I have more to give ($48).
*The themes of our circles are inspired by "Contain", a reflective card deck created by Katie Kurtz, social impact entrepreneur and leader in trauma-informed care.
