Welcome to BELLYDANCE STRENGTH + FLOW.
If you are looking for a class to refine your bellydance technique, build your strength and increase your stamina, then this is the class for you.
This class blends strength training, continuous dance drills, and flexibility exercises to help you refine your movements and build your strength and endurance for bellydance.
You'll enhance your technique, gain better control of your movements, and increase your flexibility in a supportive and empowering environment.
Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or simply enjoy the dance in a new way, this class offers a balanced approach to advancing your skills while celebrating the joy of bellydance.
Bonus: This class is part of ’s regular training program, meaning you’ll experience the same training that professionals and aspiring professionals undergo. You’ll be sure to experience high quality training to take your dance to the next level.
At least two years of bellydance is recommended for this class.
