Bellydance Fusion 101

WHAT TO EXPECT: Come learn the beautiful craft of Bellydance Fusion, while getting fit and having fun! Join Anastasia every Friday evening for Bellydance Fusion 101 at Hoi Polloi Dance Studio in Orangevale. This class is geared toward beginners who have minimal to no past Bellydance experience.
Each week, we will break down the foundations of Bellydance Fusion and add onto our repertoire of moves and techniques. Classes begin with a structured warm up, followed by Bellydance drills designed to make you sweat. We will end with a short “8 counts of 8” sequence that students will have the chance to record and take home to practice.
