Belly Dance Fitness classes were designed to be enjoyed with friends and our beautiful community of loving souls,....beginners encouraged NO EXPERIENCE necessary....Just follow along!!!We're thrilled to be hosting this Belly Dance inspired cardio class on Monday nights from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
The rate per class is only $5 (drop-ins welcome), or a month pass is only $20! This class is for all fitness levels, all humans, and ages 10+. It's low impact and will make you sweat!
We're looking forward to giggling and sweating with you! Come and shimmy your stress away every Monday night!!!
