Bellydance Chakra Flow â A Holistic Approach to One of the World's Oldest Dance Forms! đâ¨Welcome to a unique workshop where you'll experience the magical art of bellydance in a healing way, free from any focus on the ego. This concept was developed in 2004, and now you have the chance to experience it at the cozy Favn Yoga Studio in Lillestrøm, which already has a healing atmosphere. All levels are welcome â no previous bellydance experience is required.
What can you expect from this special workshop?
đ¸ Learn beautiful, circular movements from bellydance at a slow pace, allowing you to feel the movements and focus on the chakras weâll be working with.
đ Learn the grounding technique that is fundamental in Bellydance Chakra Flow.
đŤ Discover a combination of steps for technique, flow, and self-expression (you will find your personality and essence in this ancient dance form).
đ Awareness, unblocking, and alignment of the 7 main chakras of the body (energy centers connected to the endocrine glands and organs) and the three main nadis (energy channels). You will engage the chakras and nadis throughout the workshop.
đ§ââď¸ A special meditation for inner healing.
đş Connect with your powerful feminine energy of creation and manifestation, known as Shakti, located in the root chakra. This will release your inner Goddess, providing a healing experience and a new version of yourself.
đ Experience a sisterhood of Goddesses expressing their pure feminine healing essence, dancing together in a sacred and safe space.
About Adriana (Adryanna Shamsa):
Adriana has been a bellydance pedagogue for 30 years and an alternative therapist for 20 years. She has practiced Ashtanga, classical, and nidra yoga for 35 years. Originally from SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil đ§đˇ, she has lived in Norway since 1999. She has worked at Oslo International School (ESL teacher), International Language School (Portuguese teacher), and Elixia (as an instructor and concept creator with courses like Skanetix, Flow, Brazilian Rhythms, Oriental Rhythms, Bellydance). She is the founder of Bueno Helhetsbehandling and offers various treatments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Biofield Tuning, Chakra Frequency Healing, Sound Bath Therapy, Bellydance Chakra Flow, and coaching.
