Led by Egyptian hosts in Lisbon, let's gather to move and forget about our stress!
💃💃Thanks to "Nova Growth Club", we will be hosted at Nova School of Business and Economics for this workshop! 💃💃
Whether you want to connect with your inner confidence or explore movement as a form of expression, you’ll enjoy our session!
In this workshop, you will learn basic belly dance moves, focus on breathing techniques, and let go of stress through movement and music.
Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, increase wellness, and have a great time in a supportive environment.
Agenda:
- Intro, welcoming time
- Belly Dancing (45 Min.) - Wear comfy shoes as we will be dancing shoes ON (although last time we danced barefoot on the baech), bring an extra top as you might need it afterwards (there's a place to change)
NOTE: If it's raining that time or the weather is difficult, we will dance in sala D012 inside the university. Whatsapp group will be shared after the sign up.
