Tone your body, create curves in all the right places, and have FUN doing it at the Westside Weekly Belly dance Workout!

We dance at Axiom Health LA Chiropractic Center/ Studio in Venice.
Class is Tuesdays 6.45pm - 8.00pm
This is a unique style of workout that incorporates Beginner level Belly Dance moves using Middle Eastern dance Music.
In this class you:
- Tone your core
- Get aerobic exercise
- Learn to move in a feminine way
- Activate your inner and outer beauty
- Ignite your creativity
- Effortlessly clear your 2nd Chakra (womb) of trauma
- Connect with the Divine Feminine
Class is 1hr 15 mins long
You can be any size, shape, age or fitness level. Women's bodies move this way naturally, so it’s easy. And its fun!
What to wear: Yoga clothes or a bra style top and a flowy skirt. Bring a layer to put on after the workout. If you have a hip scarf please bring it. I have some to wear if you don't. Please bring your own water bottle.

Free parking on Street. Park on Lincoln or Commonweath (side street). Enter from back or front of Building.
