Welcome and enhance your new year dancing to an upbeat and fun belly dance workshop. For those new to belly dance, this is a beautiful form of expression and a great way to stay active and connected to your femininity. To those seasoned dancers, bring on some extra shimmy challenges.
This workshop will begin with a gentle warm up to prepare you for a vibrant dance session which will follow with a fun and joyous belly dance routine to engage your core strength, posture and get your shimmies on!
In this workshop, you will learn a dynamic shimmy choreography which will be fast paced but suitable for all levels of dance. The composition will include beautiful Veils provided on the day.
There will also be photo opportunities on the beautiful garden premises of the Grand Chameleon.
