About this Event
Discover the joy of belly dance in this beginner-friendly workshop with Victoria Mascaró.
Whether you’re brand new, returning to the practice, or simply curious to move in new ways, this session offers a welcoming, supportive space to explore sacred, feminine movement in a peaceful indoor setting.
We’ll begin with a short talk on the origins and cultural essence of belly dance, followed by two hours of guided movement, rhythm, and expressive flow. Victoria will lead you through foundational techniques, musicality, and graceful isolations designed to help you reconnect with your body and rediscover your natural rhythm.
No experience necessary — just bring curiosity, comfort, and a willingness to have fun. Come as you are and awaken the ancient rhythms that live within you.
