***For the sake of allergies, please DO NOT wear perfume to class.
***Door is unlocked at 5:50pm *when I arrive* from my other class.
Door will be locked at 6:10pm for safety and unlocked after class is over.

***MASKS are optional IF you have had the vaccine. PLEASE be mindful and considerate of everyone.
Taught by experienced professional dancer 'Scheherazad' of Texas, this is a Beginning/Intermediate level class and also appropriate for anyone getting back into dance after an absence. Each week we will focus on easy moves and combinations, then put them together into dances.
Classes are:
-- zero-to-low impact
-- focuses on the beauty of dance moves
-- tones the entire body
Come participate to get fit & stay fit, gain poise, grace, improve balance, flexibility, coordination, increase endurance and core strength, burn calories, and reduce stress.
Any adult, women and men, any shape or size, any body type, and any fitness level can participate.
For class: dress comfortably for movement and bring a water bottle and towel (we sweat!).
Class meets every Monday at the Arlington Unitarian Universalist Church, 2001 California Lane, Arlington Texas.
Fee is $10 per class.
Sorry, no childcare is available.
